Training isn’t a checkbox—it’s your competitive edge.
And I design it like it matters.
Because it does.
About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle—a Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) and eLearning Developer with over 15 years of experience turning complexity into clarity and learning into real results.
I.S.D. = Identify. Solve. Deliver.
I identify performance gaps, solve them with custom, scalable learning, and deliver measurable outcomes that support business growth—not just compliance.
I’ve worked across industries including tech, healthcare, nonprofit, marketing, and education—and I bring that full-spectrum experience into every project. Whether I’m creating onboarding for a sales team or compliance training for frontline workers, I know how to translate business needs into engaging, effective learning.
Too many companies still see training as a checkbox. I help them treat it like a strategic investment—just like branding or marketing. Because when done right, learning reduces inefficiencies, improves retention, supports change, and drives business forward.
I’ve designed certification-level training for global teams at a Fortune 100 tech company, using AI-enhanced tools to streamline workflows and reduce development time by 30%. I build training that’s lean, strategic, and designed to move the needle.
And yes, I bring a little sunshine with me. ☀️
